The Path That Changed Everything
Hi, I’m Gulen Boyner Bianchimano, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, IVF mum and former banker.
Years ago, I found myself navigating unexpected personal challenges that deeply tested my strength and resilience. Among them was my IVF journey: a path filled with emotional highs and lows, uncertainty, and the delicate task of balancing work, relationships, and my own well-being.
I’m now incredibly grateful to be a mother, and the road to get there reshaped how I view health and healing.
I came to understand that true well-being isn’t just about physical health: it’s about nurturing the mind, body, and soul in harmony.
From Healing to Helping
As I worked to heal and find balance in my own life, I began exploring a more integrative approach to wellness—nourishing food, gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and emotional self-care.
That journey transformed how I felt physically, mentally, and emotionally.
It also awakened something deeper: a calling to support other women on their path to feeling whole again.
I trained as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), leaving behind a 13-year career in banking to do the work that truly lights me up: helping women reclaim their energy, balance their hormones, and reconnect with themselves.

As your Health Coach, my role is to support, guide, and empower you in making lifestyle and wellness choices that align with your personal goals. Whether you're looking to feel more energized, build healthier habits, or create more balance in your life, I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey.
While I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace the care of licensed healthcare professionals, my intention is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel inspired and equipped to make the changes you want to see - one step at a time, in a way that works for you.
