At Next You Health Coaching, I guide women through deep, personalized transformation using a method I developed through lived experience, integrative nutrition training, and years of supporting other women: the ROOTS™ Method.
ROOTS stands for:

We begin by listening to your body’s signals, not silencing them. Whether you're struggling with fatigue, cycle irregularities, fertility challenges, or hormonal shifts, this stage helps you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and reclaim agency over your health.
O – Optimize Your Energy
We identify the nutrition, habits, and rhythms that fuel you best. Through food-first strategies, blood sugar balance, and personalized routines, we restore steady energy, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally, too.
O – Own Your Emotions
Stress, loss, burnout, and hormonal shifts all affect emotional resilience. Here, we explore tools like breathwork, journaling, nervous system support, and self-compassion to help you create safety, stability, and emotional flow.
T – Transform Your Habits
Sustainable change doesn’t come from restriction, it comes from alignment. We build micro-habits and rituals that fit your real life and move you steadily toward your vision, whether that’s fertility prep, hormonal balance, or vitality after burnout.
S – Sustain Your Next You
Wellness isn’t a finish line, it’s a way of living. In the final phase, we create your “Next You” blueprint so the transformation you’ve created can grow with you, not fade. You'll leave with tools, rituals, and a sense of empowerment that lasts.
